Job Role: Land Buyer/ Manager
Area: Maidstone
Salary: Up to £60k DOE + Package
We have an opportunity for a Land Buyer/ Manager to join a well-established developer/ contractor based in Maidstone.
Position Overview
- Actively seeking land opportunities
- Overseeing negotiations and evaluating development potential and site feasibility
- Preparing offers for submission
- Preparing land purchase approval packs for submission to the board
- Attend land meetings and update the wider business teams
- Circulating new site briefing notes
Position Requirements
- Have worked within a similar position
- Experience working for a housing developer
- A positive attitude with a proactive mindset
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
