An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced New Homes Sales Adviser to join the sales team on a stunning coastal development near New Romney, Kent.
Working for one of the UK's leading housebuilders, you'll be helping purchasers find their perfect home on an attractive, multi-phased development of contemporary 2, 3 and 4-bedroom homes, whilst delivering an exceptional customer experience from first enquiry through to legal completion.
This is the ideal opportunity for an experienced New Homes professional seeking a better work-life balance without compromising on earning potential or career progression.
The successful candidate will work three days per week, 10:00am – 5:00pm, alongside an experienced full-time Sales Adviser, sharing responsibility for the smooth day-to-day running of the development.
The Role
As Part-Time Sales Adviser, you'll play an integral role within the on-site sales team, providing customers with a first-class buying experience and helping to achieve monthly sales targets.
Responsibilities

Welcoming visitors to the marketing suite and show homes

Qualifying prospective purchasers and identifying their requirements

Conducting engaging development and show home tours

Managing the sales journey from enquiry through to exchange and completion

Building strong relationships with purchasers, solicitors and mortgage advisers

Maintaining accurate CRM records and progressing your sales pipeline

Following up leads and maximising every sales opportunity

Ensuring the sales suite and show homes remain immaculately presented

Delivering exceptional customer service throughout the buying journey
Candidate Requirements
Applicants should have:

Previous New Homes sales experience with a housebuilder or strong transferable experience within Estate Agency New Homes

A proven record of achieving sales targets

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Strong organisational and IT skills

A proactive, self-motivated and customer-focused approach

Full UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle
Package

Up to £35,000 basic salary (pro rata)

Uncapped commission with £60,000 OTE (pro rata)
