We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced New Homes Sales Adviser to join a fast-scaling specialist Agent, marketing and selling >25 luxury developments across Kent for a variety of independent developer clients.
Based from either the Canterbury head offices, or a conveniently located development, the role will involve:
- Generating and following up on sales leads
- Booking and conducting viewings
- Negotiating and taking reservations
- Carrying out market research
- Liaising with Solicitors and IFA's and conducting sales progression
On offer is a basic salary of up to £30k, with a £50k OTE + pension + mileage.
