An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced New Homes Sales Adviser to join one of the UK’s largest and most successful housing developers on a high-quality residential development near Havant, Hampshire.

Selling a range of 3, 4 & 5 bedroom family homes to private owner-occupiers, you will form part of a double-manned sales team responsible for delivering a first-class customer journey while achieving sales targets.
This is a site-based role, working 5 days per week including every Saturday and Sunday, with two days off during the week. My client also offers a 1 in 6 weekends rota’d off, a benefit that is highly valued by their existing sales teams.
Basic salary is up to £36,000 depending on experience, with realistic on-target earnings of £50,000+ per annum.
The Role
As a New Homes Sales Adviser, you will guide purchasers through the entire buying process while representing the developer to the highest professional standard.
Key Responsibilities

Meeting and welcoming prospective purchasers to the development

Providing detailed information on the properties, specifications and development

Conducting site tours and property viewings

Managing the full sales journey from initial enquiry through to exchange of contracts

Qualifying buyers and progressing reservations in line with company procedures

Liaising with solicitors, mortgage brokers and financial advisers to progress sales

Maintaining accurate records on internal CRM and sales systems

Managing and updating the sales pipeline and customer database

Ensuring the sales office and show homes are presented to an exceptional standard

Following up enquiries, leads and marketing campaigns

Achieving and exceeding sales targets while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction levels

Carrying out local market research and competitor analysis

Assisting with customer handovers and ensuring a smooth and professional move-in experience
Candidate Requirements

Previous experience selling new build homes for a house-builder

Strong understanding of the new homes sales process and reservation procedures

Highly IT literate, with the ability to confidently use CRM systems and digital sales platforms

Systems orientated, with strong attention to detail when managing customer data and the sales pipeline

Quick to learn new systems and company processes

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Professional, well-presented and confident when dealing with purchasers

Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple enquiries and customers simultaneously
