An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced New Homes Sales Adviser to join the sales team on a prestigious new build residential development near Eastbourne.
Working for one of the UK's leading residential developers, you'll be selling a collection of 90 x high-quality 2, 3, 4 and 5-bedroom homes, helping purchasers find their ideal property whilst delivering an exceptional customer experience from first enquiry through to legal completion.

Working hours are 10:00am – 5:00pm, five days per week on a Thursday to Monday rota.
The Role
As the on-site Sales Adviser, you will be responsible for managing the complete customer journey, from welcoming prospective purchasers to progressing reservations through to exchange and completion. You'll conduct show home tours, qualify buyers, build strong relationships with customers and work closely with solicitors, mortgage advisers and internal teams to ensure every sale progresses smoothly.
You'll also maintain accurate CRM records, manage your sales pipeline, follow up enquiries promptly and ensure the marketing suite and show homes are always presented to the highest standard.
About You
We're keen to hear from candidates with previous New Homes sales experience gained with a housebuilder, although applicants with a strong Estate Agency background and exposure to New Homes will also be considered.
You'll have a proven ability to achieve sales targets, excellent communication and negotiation skills, be highly organised and customer-focused, with strong IT and CRM capabilities. A full UK Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle are essential.
