An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced New Homes Sales Adviser to join the sales team on a major new residential development on the Isle of Sheppey, Kent.
Working for one of the UK's leading housebuilders, you'll be selling a fantastic collection of contemporary 1, 2, 3 and 4-bedroom homes on a flagship coastal development that will eventually deliver hundreds of new homes to the local community. The development has been designed with family living in mind, featuring green open spaces, excellent local amenities and easy access to Sittingbourne and the wider Kent road network.
This is a double-manned sales office, meaning you'll work alongside another experienced Sales Adviser, creating a collaborative and supportive environment while delivering exceptional service to every customer.
Working hours are 10:00am – 5:00pm, five days per week, on a Thursday to Monday rota.
The Role
As the face of the development, you'll guide purchasers through every stage of the buying journey, from their first visit to handing over the keys to their new home. You'll build lasting relationships with customers, confidently present the development and available house types, manage reservations, progress sales through to legal completion and ensure every customer receives a first-class buying experience.
Working closely with solicitors, mortgage advisers and internal departments, you'll play a key role in helping the development achieve its sales targets while maintaining the highest standards of customer service.

Welcome prospective purchasers to the marketing suite

Maintain accurate CRM records and manage your sales pipeline

Ensure the marketing suite and show homes remain impeccably presented

Candidate Profile
We're looking for a confident and motivated sales professional with previous New Homes sales experience gained with a residential developer. Candidates from Estate Agency with a strong New Homes background will also be considered.
You'll be commercially driven, personable and highly organised, with excellent communication and negotiation skills. You'll enjoy working as part of a team while taking ownership of your own customers and sales pipeline.
A full UK Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle are essential.
