New Homes Sales Adviser – Sittingbourne, Kent
Basic Salary £32,000 | OTE £60,000+ | Thursday–Monday | Single-Manned Development
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a New Homes Sales Adviser to join one of the UK’s largest and most established housebuilders, working on a live residential development in Sittingbourne, Kent.
This role will see you running the sales operation from the on-site show home, managing the full customer journey from first enquiry through to completion. The successful candidate will enjoy the autonomy of managing their own site, while benefiting from the stability and support of a major national developer with a strong pipeline of future schemes.
Importantly, once this development concludes, there is a large upcoming scheme locally, offering continuity of employment and long-term job security.
The Role
- Based from the on-site show home, running the sales operation independently and selling a dozen 3 & 4 bedroom town-houses.
- Working Thursday to Monday, 10am – 5pm
- Managing the full sales journey from initial enquiry through to legal completion
- Conducting viewings and presenting homes to prospective buyers
- Handling reservations, paperwork and sales progression
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of pricing, incentives and availability
- Delivering a professional and welcoming experience for all visitors to the development
- Supporting marketing activity and helping drive footfall to the site

Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 6 months’ experience selling new homes for a developer or property agent
- Confident managing a development independently in a single-manned role
- Strong sales ability with a customer-focused approach
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Well organised and comfortable managing the full sales process
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
- Must live within approximately a 1-hour commute of Sittingbourne, Kent
