Site Manager – Central London
We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our team on a busy commercial fit-out project in Central London.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing commercial fit-out projects, with excellent leadership skills and a strong understanding of Health & Safety and site procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day site operations and ensure works are completed safely, on time and to specification.
- Manage and coordinate trades and subcontractors on site.
- Maintain high standards of Health & Safety throughout the project.
- Coordinate site logistics, deliveries, materials and labour.
- Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks and regular safety checks.
- Liaise with Project Managers, subcontractors and the client as required.
- Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with the programme and project requirements.
Requirements:
- Valid CSCS Card – essential
- SMSTS – essential
- Temporary Works – essential
- Fire Warden – essential
- Asbestos Awareness – essential
- Proven experience working as a Site Manager on commercial fit-out projects
- Strong knowledge of Health & Safety procedures and compliance
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage trades, subcontractors and site activities effectively
